Class Content: Come relax with us while we learn about Art as Meditation.
Have some “me” time learning how to destress and relax while we calm the mind creating mindful artwork.
We will learn together about therapeutic techniques, designs, color and line psychology, value scale with pen and ink, and immersing ourselves in the creative process while creating our personal reflections of our stream of expression. We will be participating in calming our minds to create guided yet unique designs. This class should set you up to better utilize Art as a Meditation for you to relax at home with your art.
